Short, Sweet and To The Point

Great book! Get' s right to the point and cuts out the fluff.

I will definitely listen to this one on a regular basis to remind me how to identify my fears and anxiety as it relates to public speaking.

Really helpful!

I will be presenting FMLA training to a large group of about 180 people. I have been really nervous and anxious about it! The steps in this book really help me through not only great techniques and pointers. but also the reasons our bodies react to the fear of public speaking. Great job!
