I did as it has changed my life.

It puts me right back on track.

I’ve lost over 60lbs in 5 months just by following the basic ideas of fasting. Whenever I feel like I may slip back into bad habits I just review this book and it puts me right back on track.

Most of the diet books focus.

Most of the diet books focus on what not to eat and on restricting your calorie intake. However, this is one of the few diet books I have come across that focuses on when to eat instead of what to eat. Fasting is one of the easiest and most effective ways to lose weight.
