One self help book worth the listen.

I'm not a fan of self help books but this came highly recommended. It truly does aid one in identifying causes and triggers of phobias and anxiety. And it gives you effective ways to overcome them. Excellent book.

Great!

I've really enjoyed listening to this and all the tips it gave me. Made me 100% more confident in carrying out tasks that made me anxious before. I recommend for anyone struggling with anxiety/anxiety attacks/phobias. This book really gives you insight into what anxiety is and steps you can use to cope with your anxiety.

Helpful book

The absolute best tool for cognitive behavioral therapy in a format you can do yourself, with or without the help of a psychologist. This book really helped me several years ago when I needed it, so I bought this one at a great deal and couldn't be more pleased

Practical guide

Extremely practical guide to unearthing, feeling, understanding, and expressing your feelings. I was given the chapter on assertiveness by a therapist and found there is so much more to it. I liked what I listen so I ordered the book.

I liked this book a lot!

I liked this book a lot! Most anxiety books only focus on one type of treatment for anxiety, promoting it as the only way to cure it. This book has a much more ample and better explained and sustained ways to cope with anxiety.
