Facile to detect the direction and clear examples

This is the second audio book about the anti-inflammatory diet I have listen. This one goes into what foods to avoid, what foods to eat and some cooking tips before it goes into all the recipes.

Those actionable phrases help me a lot

I personally don't have a lot of inflammation issues, luckily but I do think this is very informative when always being on the lookout for new healthy ways of cooking and recipes.

Very helpful and interesting audio-book

Load of rubbish

It’s only half a book of advice and information and the others half 2hrs of meals plans

And if the Mediterranean diet is so heart healthy why is the biggest killer heart disease in them country’s makes no sense
