Helpful and reliable anti inflammatory guide

I would consider this lifestyle (I mean an anti-inflammatory one) so much as I would a complete lifestyle change. I'm going to try these recipes one by one day after day, meal after meal. The ideas in this anti inflammatory cookbook are reliable and interesting enough to offer them even to a cook who has very little understanding of how to cook, like my husband. He enjoys cooking a whole lot and this book helps him even more.

I trust my anti inflammatory

You can choose the foods you have on hand in your pantry and your kitchen, and create a good number of tasty anti inflammatory dishes to fight inflammation successfully after all! It's not difficult – the only thing you have to do is to follow the directions in this cookbook accurately, and get the best possible result you have ever imagined. Gives you anti inflammatory inspiration.

I’ve made two recipes for now and both of them turned out to be amazing. I’m not new in the kitchen and I've been following an anit inflammatory diet for a while now but I’m definitely new to this cookbook and this author's writing manner so I’m in a need of some sort of handbook, telling me what to do and how to do it. This cookbook isn’t perfect, still the variety of recipes leaves you satisfied and intrigued to try more every time.

Super book

Everything in this anti inflammatory book by Felicia lives up to the market standards – perfect recipes for healthy everyday meals. Sometimes this cookbook exceeds its title since recipes can be more than tasty and used at dinner parties too! I'm an overachiever but I've had this cookbook for a couple of days now and have tried seven recipes already.

Good and interesting anti inflammatory

Recipes are nothing but great, and although there are no illustrations in here in this cookbook the overall impression is 100% positive. I recommended this cookbook to a sister of mine who's been needing to change her ration, and it looks like she's been able to benefit from this book even more than I did. no more tasteless meals - everything is good and interesting.

One of the best anti inflammatory books

This anti inflammatory cookbook has been probably the seventh in my collection of anti-inflammatory cookbooks,He surprised me a whole lot filling her cookbook with such an easy to follow and informative recipes. I'm an experienced cook as well as a good one and keeping it easy with various diets, I've been trying little some every here and there, making the ration that suits me well. This is one of the best books to have!

Anti-inflammatory that's worth every penny...

It’s great if you’re new to anti inflammatory cooking. Probably you’ll have to change some of these recipes and the ingredients lists to them, but the final result is worth it every time. I would recommend this cookbook to the families with picky family members – they will love these meals too. It’s a serious job to pick the meal you would like to try because in reality all of them are worth trying. So many thanks and approvements to this cookbook – it’s worth every penny I’ve spent on it.

Enjoy everything this anti inflammatory book offer

It's well-designed, and the recipes we've tried so far are gorgeous. The tastes and textures are the ones to wish for! I'm so glad I've got it – directions are understandable, that's why even my clumsy youngest one is able to follow them without messing up the whole kitchen

Affordable anti-inflammatory - everything to love!

Every recipe in this anti inflammatory cookbook is a healthy suggestion that can be easily modified to whatever cooking type you need right now. Recipes are delicious and cruelty-free, since they are prepared in accordance with the anti-inflammatory principles, and you can be sure in the fine quality of them. Don't get greedy – it's not good to prepare all the recipes you've liked inside a couple of days (like I did). Try slowly and patiently – you'll see how great it can be to have additional ideas in your pocket.

This is the best anti inflammatory cookbook!

One of the most important benefits of this cookbook is the number of recipes it represents. Elis Mars has provides his readers with multicultural diet variations. This is not diet food, this is the food that develops correct tastes and includes tremendously tasty and unique flavors. If you get this cookbook, try Cinnamon Rolls, they are a huge hit every time!

This book is very helpful about Anti-Inflammatory

This book is very helpful. It is put together in a way that is easy to follow and easy to incorporate into a daily or weekly routine. Great and yummy suggestions for recipes and meals that are not to difficult to put together. This guide for beginners. If you take this book and follow step by step, then you can get a result. I think that's the perfect guidebook for all. Well written by the creator. I have tried some recipes of this cookbook and all my dishes were really delicious. I liked this book very much and I'm glad to add these recipes to my collection. I would recommend this book for those who are interested in Anti Inflammatory Diet. It is worth reading.

Great audible book with great tips. This book collects a good collection with their part. This cookbook I think can help to change their lifestyle into more healthier living. I really appreciate this cookbook.

It is the best audible book for Anti Inflammatory Diet. This book I got find lots of Anti Inflammatory Diet recipes and all of the recipes very simple. The author very clear instruction share in this book it's very helpful for me. I love this book.

This is an amazing Anti Inflammatory Cookbook!!

This book is very well written and very informative. It contains a wealth of information concerning foods that cause inflammation and foods that are beneficial for reducing inflammation, as well as some healthy recipes. I plan on implementing a lot of this info into my daily life. I'm also anxious to try the great recipes.
This book will help you learn and understand more about Restore Your Healthy Weight! I'll presumably prescribe this book to loved ones. I really appreciate this book.

This cookbook has absolutely everything you might ever need in order to cook simple and tasty anti-inflammatory dishes, getting the best out of them.

I love this anti-Inflammatory cookbook

This audible cookbook represent one of those dietary plans one can easily incorporate into real life! One of the best things for me is that this diet is full of fruits. It's a well-managed and well-organized anti inflammatory cookbook that any person on the diet will find useful. Most ingredients Elis Mars uses for her recipes you have in your cupboard or pantry already – I appreciate this. I don't have to run out for something useful to cook a breakfast of dessert, I can simply pick tall the ingredients and start working with them.

I am very much happy with this book.

I am very much happy with this book. Its an excellent Anti Inflammatory Diet cookbook for beginners. Recipes are so simple and easy so that beginners can easily follow them.I would recommend it to anyone who needs some inspiration in cooking due to dietary limitations, but also to people without limitations! Highly recommend this book.

Helpful introduction about Anti-Inflammatory

The Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can reform my diet to not endure as much inflammation. With a thorough explanation of foods that causes inflammation and those that are anti-inflammatory, I was amazed at the true effect of what you eat can truly make or break your health.
felt like it helped me to really get a handle on my body and the pain I have been in! I would definitely recommend this to all others with similar medical issues or even to just give this a try and see if it helped!
