The Ancestor in the Mirror

I designed and started to write The Ancestor in the Mirror as a cross-curricular material while I was working as a Earth Space Science and Biology teacher in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The main point was to provide support to a group of ELL students who were struggling with different subjects. I started to gather information in 2012 and finished my research when I moved to Boston, Massachusetts. I finished the novel in Colorado, in 2016. However, it took me two additional years to complete both the proofreading and the editorial process. The Ancestor in the Mirror was then published in 2018 as a standalone historical-fiction novel.

The book is not related to any school of educational system. This is an independent work that may be used in the classroom to connect subjects. I am an educational researcher and consultant graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kerney, U.S.A. I have no links to any educational institutions in Colorado or Utah. I don't work for any other publishing companies in the U.S. but exclusively for PORTAL PUBLISHING SERVICES, LLC. The author’s attention to detail is amazing

The author’s attention to detail is amazing! The writing here is so carefully crafted that it makes it easy to get sucked right in. I can’t wait to listen to more of their work!

This book was fantastic. There is so much information, especially for a beginner like me. So many things were written down on my tablet and pencil.

I am an identical twin so it caught my attention..happy to say my Twinnie &I are best friends- these two- totally different stories!!

So much potential

Now that the foundation Has been laid, I hope they don’t carry on with useless details and stories that could have been easily describe without tangents. The reader was amazing but I found the story a bit boring. I love the concept and it was well written but I feel like the author could’ve given us a little bit more depth with less verbiage.

Extremely encouraging and exciting audible

This is a fascinating, mind-boggling tale that will help pupils develop critical thinking skills and an interest in both history and the sciences. Time travel, myth, science, and history are all intertwined in this thought-provoking audiobook.
