Publisher's Summary

The second thrilling boxed set of the best-selling America Falls series:

Rude Shock, Luke's Trek, and Civil War.

No mazes. No zombies. No games.

After their hurried escape from the Drake Mountain Facility, Isaac and his group stumbled upon a farmhouse in a secluded valley. It's what they've been looking for. A place to make their home, both now and in the future.

Can it be so easy though? Danger is coming, and only time will tell if they have found the salvation they've been seeking or if their dreams will be crushed, leaving them to the same fate as all of those that died before them.

This boxed set contains books four through six of America Falls, a compelling, action-packed series about who we are and who we have to become in order to survive.

Extremely well told story

I have rarely found a story teller that can actually let you see the story unfold in your mind as the author had done. The narrator does well job adding his talent in sharing the story.

Great little apocalyptic universe

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I enjoyed this book quite a lot. Books four and five have some repeating themes, but book six was really well written and I enjoyed the layers it had.

I hope the series is not over here.

GREAT SERIES !

This are the ending books to the America Falls series. Book 4 picks up right where Book 3 ended. The characters continue on, meeting each crisis as it happens and making decisions that impact not only themselves but those they love and are now responsible for. And Scott Medbury is outstanding in showing how those young boys we met in Book 1 have grown and continue to mature into honorable men despite the harsh and unyielding times in which they are forced to live.

Adam Barr's narration is spot on , as ever. Each character is distinguishable and their personalities come through loud and clear.

The entire series is believable, given the times we live in and cause the reader to think about what may come tomorrow and question if they are ready to meet it. This series is highly recommended.

On the Move to the next event

Great book as the children are now adults and grew up quick. Sides with their enemies now allies. Not without lives being taken. This series will keep you on the edge of your seat. I was
Optimistic. But not now. You must have this in your library.

fantastic series

I love dystopian novels and this series from the perspective it's written from(that of children who figure it out) is a utterly refreshing take on something g that has been done 100 times over. Not overly inundated with pepper lingo and a storyline that reads like a spec sheet of weapon systems and an ad for maxpedition. It instead follows a more believable approach of teenagers figuring it out, making mistakes and finding the good instead if the us vs them mentality. Well done sir I look forward to listening to more from you. The narrator rocks as well.

A great series (need all 6 books)

A series of books that keep the listener on the edge of their seat. I started listening and would loose track of time. Books 1-6 were thought provoking and imaginative.

Good series, great 5&6 book

I would say that I am veracious reader and listener and get through a few books/ Audio books a week. I have eclectic tastes which range from Jeffrey Archer to Stephen King, my main genres are Fantasy and Sci-fi.

I purchased this set after have kindly being given the first set by the author.

I started off and was disappointed I felt that book 4 was the weakest in the series, it skipped a large passage of time and I felt that this led to the loss of connection with some of the characters.

That being said book 5 and 6 for me turned the corner and I felt the addition of new characters and the return of others added a new dimension to the books which were sorely missed in book 3&4.

This has been written as episodes so there is no real conclusion at the end of each book which I do find a little frustrating however the end of book 6 was ended very well.

The Narration on this was good I had previously criticised the English accents they felt slightly paired down compared to the first books that or I was just getting used to them (I am from the UK).

This set would have been a strong 4 if it wasn’t for book 4 so for that reason it will be a 3 overall.
