It is not as cutesy as the synopsis implies. Book includes rape and punishment/control.

Overall, the story was a good lesson. It seemed like some storylines could’ve been a little stronger, the voices could’ve been human, but it was an enjoyable story.

Sick

This is a story of physical and mental abuse. This book is sick. Why would you call it a romance story!!


Horrible abusive story

This story is awful. Not a romance at all. It's just this woman being raped and abused and ends up having some sort of Stockholm syndrome. The character development was nonexistent. and the king has no redeemable qualities beyond being a sadistic butthole. I would not recommend this book and that 4 star rating must be fake because this book is absolutely terrible!!!

Oh my God, I’m literally shaking. I keep thinking in the end she’s gonna get some kind of justice. No she stay with her rapist abuser. What kind of sick twisted person who will think this was a romantic story. This writer must be blocked.

Alien R*pist Stockholms Abducted Human

I kept listening thinking something redeeming might happen. The MMC only decides to treat the human slightly better after she runs away from him and almost dies. Not for me. This should come with trigger warnings.
