By the end of this book you will know everything you need to set up, execute, and successfully deliver agile projects, and have fun along the way. If you're a project lead, this book gives you the tools to set up and lead your agile project from start to finish. If you are an analyst, programmer, tester, usability designer, or project manager, this book gives you the insight and foundation necessary to become a valuable agile team member.

This book will make a difference.

mixed feelings, bad choice for first "agile" book

If you are new to agile methods this book may be confusing. Being agile is a mindset and the book treats it as if you were to do Agile, which is incorrect in its core principles. Gives nice advice to people who try to move from waterfallish project management to more agile approach like XP, SCRUM or Kanban. Worth 1 credit. But if you need an introduction it'd be a bad choice.

A good beginners guide to the fundamentals

The book presents key topics and a brief introduction level. The concepts in the book are the foundations of agile but the book lacks any in detail or novel points.
