Publisher's summary

Out of the rain and fog of the teeming Pacific Northwest he comes - the tough, methodical, incorruptible private eye Harry Nile. He's the foe of corruption, enemy of gangland, and the best friend you'll ever have when you're up against the wall.

Harry gives as good as he gets in this collection of powerful radio adventures, produced, written, and directed by Jim French. Larry Albert takes over the role of Nile from the late Phil Harper, with Pat French back as the detective's assistant Murphy, for 16 cases of back streets and bad news.

Best, gumshoe, stories ever created!

The Harry Nile, stories, are Jim French's magnum opus.
Phil Harper shaped the original role, but, Larry Albert, was a worthy successor.
Production, is impeccable.
Listening to each episode is pure fun.
i am really happy that, Audible, offers these gems.
Thanks!!

Great old-style radio

Easy listening for old time radio fans. Audio quality is excellent. A modern labor of love.

Fun and addictive

Are always interesting. Sometimes their solution becomes obvious to you as you listen, sometimes you don’t understand it until the very last word. But it’s enjoyable it’s fun. It’s a great way to spend time driving or on a walk. Take advantage.

so imaginative and interesting

nice stories to hear while I'm going to sleep. theyre short enough to hear most, or all of it, in one time period. I've bought at least a half dozen.

Refreshing trip to the good old days!

Tired of cussing and violence, I was looking for some clean entertainment to fall asleep to. Enjoyed every mystery(case). Sad when it ended. What a fun addition. Humorous and engaging.
