Doyle created Holmes and his world and this is a great addition to the Sherlock universe

Doyle may have created and given Holmes to the world, but the world has embraced Holmes and continued creating amazing mysteries that continue the expanded universe of Holmes and Watson. The bloody duck and the other stories here are all a wonderful addition. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the narration and the entire experience. A truly great listen for any delicates fans or anyone Looking to dabble
And begin their sherlockian adventures.

Enjoyable story collection

I enjoyed all of these Holmes and Watson short stories. They captured the voice of the characters well and felt right at home with the canonical works. Best Served Cold was my favorite.

as a Holmes lover I was not disappointed and as always I love Kevin Green as narrator this is a great listen for car rides or just relaxing.i was given this book in exchange for an honest review

Quite The Assortment

A very enjoyable collection of Sherlock Homes and Doctor Watson, with the title coming from the title and weird way the main character of the first story.

An odd beginning to a clever mystery

I love how these tales emphasize Holmes' desire to help people of all walks of life - even those perceived as insane or worthless. The clues may be deceptively simple, but the tale told was a fun one. My only issue is the repeated essays before each mystery- some may find it enlightening, but I was in a rush to get to Holmes and Watson. I will listen to these tales again.

Great and interesting stories by Walsh (as usual). Well read and performed by Kevin E. Green. And excellent read.

Great story that adds to the Holmes universe

I enjoyed this story very much. Using the ACD canon as a jumping off point, this story expands the Holmes world. The main characters are older, and there are new situations and more adventures. The narrator was excellent and his performance brought the characters and story to life.
