This book was fun to listen to, it was interesting the amount of times it referenced the impostor syndrome in different ways and how we all have it, especially creative personalities. I love the quips and jokes and references,  they made me giggle.
There are many quotes and comments from celebrities and artists who also felt the imposter syndrome.
Inspiration,  improvising,  mindfulness,
The chapter on existentialism and
Philosophy Summarizes how we need to take everything with a grain of salt and not take things too seriously or Rigidly.
I love how he mentions multiple books.
Read by the Author books are fun.

Thought provoking... intriguing

This is such a unique text! It took me a while to grasp the concepts outlined in this book but that says more about me than about the author. The truth is, it’s a deeply philosophical book – a melange of mindfulness, gratitude, patience, realism, perfectionism, growth, and success; and yes... imposter syndrome.

The book took me through hills and valleys and then gently lay me down in a certain place, wondering, laughing, deciphering the world and all that abides within it. In a strange way, I caught a glimpse of myself in the text, but gratefully I am no longer in that place. The employment of personal experience adds authenticity to this rather intriguing, super interesting, and informative text.

I shall be listening to this book again and I encourage you to acquire it and listen to it too.
