Fast start, slow middle, great ending!

Loved this book… almost put it down but glad I didn’t! Whimsical, honest and relatable!

Great narrator

This story was all the good stuff generational stuff people hold on to but ultimately healing even with all the secrets learned. Excellent!!

Intriguing, layered story lines

It wasn’t like I couldn’t put the book down, but when I did my mind was full of questions about what was going to happen next.

This book made me think as a parent and as a sibling. I enjoyed it and the thinking it brought about.?

Tedious

I found this book slow. I hoped it would get more interesting as I got further into it but it did not. I didn't find any of the characters endearing or likeable. I have listened to this narrator before and she is excellent but not even Fiona Button could save this book from mediocrity. Sadly for me, it was not a credit well spent.
