Nothing substantial

Throughout the book he is mostly talking up the recipes in the pdf file attached and how beneficial to stick with a healthy diet few studies mentioned here and there
If you already read the fast 800 don’t need to get this book

Great book, and Fab diet

love Dr M.Mosley, his explanation of the science that supports this method of changing your diet is well presented. I have followed the fast 800 and lost 17kg in just 8 weeks. I listened the 8 week blood sugar diet to support and re-energise my efforts as I still have about 20kg to lose..

8 weeks to life

loved the book, has lots of tips and really easy to listen too. I would recommend trying this before you poison yourself with medication that, in the end will fail.

Interesting and so so helpful

Really enjoyed this audio book. I don’t have diabetes but I have PCOS and this diet will surely help with that. I feel motivated and assured that it is completely possible to lower my blood sugars and lose weight, helping me to be healthier

Informative as ever

Michael Mosley is as engaging and interesting as ever. I've only followed the diet for two days and I've already lost five pounds. I'm a healthy BMI, but have been using a continuous blood sugar monitor, so know that I'm just under the prediabetes level.

My fasting blood sugar has come down from 5.6 to 5.3 in two days

Easy to follow and understand

Michael Mosley has a gift for teaching this information so the lay person understands. Many interesting studies and potentially life saving information in this book. Worth the read for anyone interested in keeping healthy, and especially if you've discovered you're prediabetic or have type 2 diabetes.
