A terrific book on body weight exercise with exercises for beginners to very advanced practitioners. The author writing is inspiring and amusing at times. He has put together several workout routines, using exercises from each level that are easy to follow and definitely bring results.

This book is a solid wide-ranging overview of health. It's not any kind of a magical diet that promises you'll look and feel great if you just cut carbs, fast, or eat organic. It's simple math and it's helped me internalize a lot of whys.
