Publisher's summary

If you're looking for a couples therapy workbook for healing, The 5 Step Action Plan to a Happy & Healthy Marriage is an easy-to-understand, step-by-step guide with user-friendly couples therapy workbook exercises at the end of each chapter.

Communication is the number one reported problem for couples, and if you're looking for a couples therapy workbook for communication, a couples therapy workbook for getting ready for marriage, or a couples therapy workbook for marriage counseling after an affair in pursuit of restoration of the relationship, keep reading!

It takes much more than communication “tricks” or techniques. You need a couples workbook for trust and communication. Without trust and communication, it's almost impossible to create the marriage that you want.

The 5 Step Action Plan book is the foundation for the "No Blame, No Shame Marriage and Communication System" marriage course, which includes a marriage counseling workbook and marriage counseling videos with more than 14 marriage counseling conversations.

In this Imago therapy book for couples you will discover:

  • The one thing you need to know that separates the couples that make it from the couples that don't
  • The single most powerful thing you need to be doing to bring your spouse closer to you
  • Why you should always do this before every conversation
  • Why most marriage counseling doesn't work
  • Why the very thing you need the most from your spouse is the hardest thing for you to give
  • Why this marriage counseling approach will heal yourself and your spouse at the same time, even if only one of you is doing the work!

Not sure if you can change your marriage at this point?

This material gets to the root of your marriage problems even if you've not been able to change it after 10, 20, or 30 years.

Even if you've experienced cheating, resentment, or are moving forward after an affair or any kind of breach of trust, you'll want to listen to this couples therapy book.

Enjoy the audio version of this marriage counseling book and then start the No Blame, No Shame marriage course today, and start watching the marriage videos online so you can learn from our marriage counseling conversations and use the downloadable couples workbook for trust and communication right away.

Outdated/Not for Victims of abuse

The advice and guidance in this book can be dangerous for those who are victims in a Narcissistic abusive relationship with a sociopath. Sharing vulnerability with someone who cannot have empathy is not only useless but harmful! It did make things worse in this scenario.
