I absolutely loved this.

This really allows you to look a little deeper into who you are settling to be and who you truly need and want to be. I'm still astonished at how she described my anxiety exactly. And now I'm counting.. and it's working.

Awesome Book - Well Worth the Read!

Powerful, to the point and extremely actionable! Everyone should read this book...we all need help following our gut feelings, over coming our fears and taking action when we don’t want to. Mel Robbins does a great job reading the book and I also loved how real she was - validating the things that we don’t want to do, the power that comes from doing them and an awesome tool to help us take action when we would rather do nothing.
