Very comprehensive yet simple

It is not complicated to understand

Helpful steps and great content to help results.

This book is so good that I just had to listen on my way to work and on my way home. I couldn't wait until the next day for the next chapter. I got addicted and really needed to hear what was next. Now I'll go back and listen to 1 chapter per day but it's already helping my productivity without taking notes and just listening while driving. Great advice, great information, great examples, and great steps to help you accomplish your productivity goals.

Great strategies to be much more productive!

This is the kind of book one must really take notes on. It provides great insight in terms of how to analyze the way we spend our time and what we should stop doing that's causing us to waste our lives away... Great book!

take action

Having been a victim of stress and anxiety greatly due to my work routine I found this book valuable in reinforcing things that help me escape from the pit of stress. I spoke with many people about how to relieve stress and anxiety and I've read other books and articles. This book put value in my efforts already implemented to reduce stress and get back to being successful at work and happy in my personal life more of the time rather than dealing with stress. It also suggested new ideas and action steps to stay on top of a healthy lifestyle geared towards productivity which leads to an overall more happy and successful life.
