Quick Fix

Having retired, I'm busy de-cluttering my home and life. I listen to either music play lists or audible "self-help" books all day, over and over and over. Many books are 5-8 hours and, although I don't mind the length because repetition is the key to success, this book ran through 6 areas of improvement in one non stop listen. I thank the author for sharing this wisdom and I'll listen to it over and over. It's going to be my first listen tomorrow morning. Very good. You'll enjoy it
