I was expecting another book in which the author goes on and on about irrelevant details and plops a bunch of recipes just to fill up space but I was definitely pleasantly surprised by how well put together the content in this book is. I was surprised by how important our gut health affects our thyroid. What foods to avoid and grocery lists were also helpful. Looking forward to trying out the recipes.

I have felt terrible for years due to my symptoms and I have felt like they were getting worse by day. I’ve seen several professionals for help, however, I finally took matters into my own hands and started seeking out natural ways to help myself. I got my hands on this wonderful book and it has helped a lot. It has lots of great advice, pointers, and recipes. To cut a long story short, my symptoms are way less severe, and I have never felt healthier!
