Please hang on- some parts are meh
The first several chapters caught my attention. I was intrigued by his journey but as I got to later chapters, I wondered “How did it apply to me?” Not enough time, not enough money, etc. each touched upon a chord within me. Those and other limiting beliefs kept me in my same home and my same job for over twenty five years. When I reached 65 years this August 2022, I felt shortchanged. I had given my life to people that cherished me and others that did not appreciate my sacrifices. At the very end of the book, I picked myself up by my little girl pants and joined the 12-hour walk on September 10, 2022! Trust me when I say I am scared. Every ache and pain will resurface with a vengeance. But I will be damned if I do not at least give it a try!! Thank you Colin for writing this. Thank you Universe for making me finish it.

Just another Gen something adrenaline junkie story
Nothing unique though of course his feats are impressive adventures. there is little real sharing of knowledge. Seemed like just another money grab book…wish I had better news. Big disappointment as premise was good. Try Julia Cameron or James clear or Tony Robbins

Looking for a purpose? Read this book!
Collin is a great narrator. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for their purpose. Collin convinced me in going on a 12 hour walk. He also made me realized that I was spending too much behind screens and I thank him for that.

Are you in a rut?
These stories of achievement by a man who had every “right” to do nothing will inspire anyone who is stuck in a rut. He gives the reader an opportunity to join in a Twelve Hour Walk that will be the beginning of their own new great adventures.
The only criticism are “F-bombs” and rough language sprinkled here and there which are not needed for the book to do it’s job of inspiring and instructing.

The walk seems like an afterthought
I love the inspirational stories but I got this book hoping for a lot more depth into the actual benefits around the walk and how that could help. It more is stories of things he have done with a little tidbit at the end of each chapter of "how this applies to your walk". The walk itself really feels like an afterthought in this book and not the main theme which I was hoping.

Inspiring and interesting autobiography
I found this really interesting to hear about Colin’s life and how he has taken on such big challenges and achieved things that no one else has.
There is also quite a lot of actionable advice, including the “twelve hour walk” and advice about mindset.
