Interesting book....

I like the Ketogenic diet having previously been on it before taking a break. I decided to buy this book to try and get back into it by doing a simple 10 day cleanse.
Meal Plans were useful and ok, recipes were interesting

Very informative book....

There are recipes for breads and desserts too. My weight loss has been slow compared to some other peoples reports. I have lost a pound a week. But I believe I can continue with this diet to my goal, of 20 more pounds.

great tips

This book is very easy to read, and the diet is easy to follow. You can actually eat plenty of food. Avoiding high Carb items isn't painful, if you are already satisfied. Even if the people you work with are diabolic in their efforts to sabotage you.

all good, except...

this is a great book. good info, tasty recipes, excellent tips.... problem for me is that in buying the audible book so i could listen in a long drive, it is noted late in the book to go to the site at the bottom of the book to get the pdf..... and it doesn't verbally tell you the site to go to. i really want these recipes emailed to me! please add this information to your audible book. thank you!

I highly recommend it

At first I read this book and didn’t like it. I am totally new to Keto. I read other books and websites and educated. Us elf on Keto. Then I came back to this book and bought the hard copy as well as the kindle edition. It’s a great book. Recipes are simple and delicious. I use this book all the time. I highly recommend it

Wonderful guide

The recipes I have tried have all been very tasty. The macronutrients are listed. The recipes are easy, an important thing because eating keto isn't easy. The whole family likes the recipes so I don't have to prepare a separate meal for myself all the time
