Not telling me anything I don’t already know

Unfortunately I have already done both and thought this was about COMBINING BOTH. It said nothing about how to combine the both, did not delve into any health concerns (adrenal issues-cortisol, thyroid function, sex hormones) that may crop up if you do both and what to do about it, other than “talk to your doctor” bc we all know, conventional doctors wont advocate any of this.
