Not a Fan of this narrator.

Corey reads too fast
He doesn't tell a story like other narrators do, he just reads the book. No suspense, no production on his part.

It was kind of boring

I had a hard time staying focused. It was a bit mundane. The story was not that interesting and I am always puzzled by the characters who are “supposedly” trying to catch Reacher.

Awesome idea!

I loved the book. I went back and read Lee Child's accompanying book and then listened to Diana Capri's again. They are great together! I hope they collaborate one day.

Average at best

I'm 10 books into the series and I like series books but I find Diana Capri to be very marginal at best. She is the first author I've ever came across that is able to ruin her books in a chapter. She makes the main characters and competent or an apt or foolish some plot twists are absolutely stupid and then she ties it all up too quick like she has to have it done by X chapters .

I'm going to keep going because I like series and it's not terrible but it's not terrific either Check it out at your own volition

sequel to Jack Teacher series

engaging style which draws you into a world of suspence to the very end. Read the Jack Reacher series first though.

The worst narrator EVER!

I enjoyed the style of writing, it kept you listening to see what the characters would do next. But, the narration was so bad, I gave up listening. He reminded me of the kid in class who was called on to stand up and ready something out loud in front of the class. As a result, he sounded, nervous and slow and deliberate. Thanx for ruining a perfectly good book. I guess I'll have to buy it in print,

It's all good

Otto pulled the rigger. The big man in the coat went down. Otto screamed, "Reacher?!" WTF, Diane? How could you do this to me? To Reacher? Did Otto shoot and kill Reacher? Is Reacher dead in this alternate universe? Read 10-2 Jack to find out.10-2, which is police radio code for "all good," is an appropriate title for this story. If you're a fan of Lee Child's Jack Reacher series, you'll like Capri's "The Hunt for Reacher" series. With Child's blessing, Capri continues Child's "Midnight Line" story.
FBI Agents Kim Otto and Carlos Gaspar are tasked with conducting a "background check" on Jack Reacher for a high level position with the government. The pair have been together for weeks and weeks now trying to carry out this assignment. But this story is different. Change is afoot. On the surface it's all good. It's a natural progression of what needs to happen in this relationship. Carlos is the embodiment of the walking wounded, not to mention his family has grown yet again. He can't continue to leave his wife at home with their mini-basketball team of children, while he traipses around the country in pursuit of Reacher.
Otto is trying hard to be OK with the pending change. While both she and Gaspar suspect "the boss" really has other reasons for wanting Reacher, the pair are good agents. They know how to follow a direct order -- mostly: find Reacher. So Otto will (maybe) soldier on with out Gaspar by her side and carry out the assignment.
What I like most about this story is that Capri continues to draw us in with maybes. Maybe they will come face to face with Reacher. Maybe there's a way to keep Carlos in the background. I like Kim and Carlos together. They're very different, but get along very well. Plus, as Otto, says, Carlos thinks like Reacher. That's a bonus for their undercover manhunt.
So what's next for Otto and Gaspar? What's next for Reacher in this world? Maybe Capri will give us the answers in the next book.
Finally, the narrator is not as good as other readers. This guy sometimes sounds robotic.

Dissapointed: Reacher Not in Book

Although he is mentioned ar varies times, he never actually makes an appearance. Despite this, the story was a good sequel to the previous Reacher book,. The narrator needs to slow down and work on his monotonic reading. Even a good story is defeated by monotonic reading, particularly if it's too fasst.
