Story
A Certain Sound is an introduction to the theology and practice of preaching the gospel in public. The audiobook is concise, gracious, and uncompromising. It is saturated with Scripture, church history, and practical experience. It is a handbook and encouragement for open air preachers. It is an apologetic for frontline evangelism. It is written for both individuals and study groups, pastors and laymen, open air preachers and Christians who evangelize. He who has ears to hear, let him hear this audiobook!

Story
The single most important event in a person's life is the new birth. Yet, this is also one of the most neglected doctrines in the church. Many Christians would be hard-pressed to describe exactly what the new birth is, let alone what it means to the rest of their walk with God. What happens when we are born again? Does everything in our lives change immediately? Is it just a kind of spiritual do-over? With a pastor's heart and a professor's insight, Lawson carefully examines the encounter between Jesus and Nicodemus found in John 3 to uncover the nature of this spiritual rebirth.

Story
Too often, Christians wait for some extraordinary move of the Spirit to correct all their spiritual ills. Although such a revival is possible, it is not the way God ordinarily grows his church. In The Essential Means of Grace, Paul Washer considers the three prominent gifts God provided for growth in godliness: the Scriptures, prayer, and participation in the life and ministry of the local church.

Story
These short but profound reflections from David Mathis, author of The Christmas We Didn’t Expect, will help you to look deeper at Jesus’ life, sacrificial death and spectacular resurrection - enabling you to treasure anew who Jesus is and what he has done for us. Many of us are so familiar with the Easter story that it becomes easy to miss subtle details and difficult to really enjoy its meaning. This audiobook will help you to pause and marvel at Jesus, whose now-glorified wounds are a sign of his unfailing love and the decisive victory that he has won.

Radical. Crazy. Transformative and restless. Every word we read these days seems to suggest there's a "next-best-thing", if only we would change our comfortable, compromising lives. In fact, the greatest fear most Christians have is boredom - the sense that they are missing out on the radical life Jesus promised. One thing is certain. No one wants to be "ordinary".

Story
The King James Version (KJV) of the Bible beautifully rendered the Scriptures into the language of turn-of-the-17th-century England. Even today, the King James version is the most widely read Bible in the United States. The rich cadence of its Elizabethan English is recognized even by non-Christians. But English has changed a great deal over the last 400 years and in subtle ways that very few modern readers or listeners will recognize.

Publisher's Summary
Could it be that mistaken beliefs about evangelism lead to a decrease in getting it done? Ten Modern Evangelism Myths recounts the most popular misconceptions about evangelism followed by an easy-to-understand response. Every Christian who wants to share their faith will find encouragement here to be bolder and more direct in their approach - while still showing love to those in their predicament of unbelief. You'll be more effective because you will be clearer about Christianity and more clearly yourself when talking about it. Finally, here is relief from the confusion generated by gimmicks-based and "me-centered" approaches to evangelism.

Great resource
I recommend all Ryan Denton’s books. Honest and clear approach to evangelism. Clearly a brother who longs for sinners to be saved apart from giving up the truth taught in the word.
