Love a great historical listen

This was a great regency listen. It had you listening to a different side of a regency story that most authors won’t write about.
The story has how women’s mind will do something when it involves aching of the flesh. What they have to do before they get married to a dull unexpired man . This story involves Mildred and the Marquee Alistar . Mildred is no simpering Miss ? She needs a night of fun. and listen to this one. It’s a great story that gets your mind going

Steamy and fun

This story had me alternating between amused and hot. It promised, and it delivered!

Mildred was a delight, she was a lovely mix of innocence and passion and the combination made the story hot.

Well written it has a great flow to it. The characters and setting are both well developed and I'm interested in reading other books by Georgette Brown.

The narration was average, it neither added to nor detracted from the story. There were several editing errors where mistakes were not edited out and this interrupted the flow of the story a few times.

Well

I got this story via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This was a book about a young woman who wanted to experience sexual adventures before settling into a marriage with a boring man. The story starts there and ends there. We get to experience all of the things she did. It ends on what could be a cliffhanger of sorts. The narration had so many repeated sentences that I was sure the editing needed to catch. If you want a lot of sex and little plot then this is the book for you.

Just the absolute best story. Everything I like to listen about and more. Such a great story I will listen again and again. A keeper!!

I loved this story. I loved the fact that you narrated it...great job. looking forward to the next audiobook.

Wickedly, steamy romance in polite language!

This is a great steamy romance that is set in Regency England at the time when people, especially young women, were expected to be very prim and proper and innocent when it came to sexual exploits. This young woman is set to marry a less than desirable man and is given the opportunity for a night of sexual debauchery to fill her dreams for the rest of her life. Unless the Marquess tries to do the honourable thing and stop her. The thing that I really liked about this book was that it was all written with very polite language which is a bit different from the usual.

Well that was fun

This was a good story of Mildred, wanting a little fun before she married. Mildred ends up have a night of passion, unlike anything she had experienced before, with her cousin (by marriage). I enjoyed the story.. however, it did take a bit to get there.

The narration was ok, however, there were many duplicate sentences read, so this should be edited further.

Overall, it was a good short listen, which did get to the meat of the matter..

A good...good erotica

This was my first work by Ms Brown and it was a fantastic listen. 8 was able to lose myself in the story and hear two different personalities both strong in their different ways. Alaster and Maddy are both what the other never knew they needed in one another. Alaster an unrepentant rake and Lady Maddy a woman, bound by the restrictions of family and society. I liked Lady Maddy’s forwardness in asking what she wanted and going after it while still trying to maintain an image expected of her.
