The narrator is amazing and the first couple books are entrancing enough, but man did it drop into the abyss of utter boredom.

A titillating Fantasy adventure that delivers

This series came to my notice a some time ago.
It has excellent pacing and delivers a great mix of serious Dungeon Diving and titillating scenes to keep the heart pounding and wanting more.

Good series

Took a bit to get used to the writing style but no big deal. Hope the story continues.

No bullshit, my HANDSDOWN favorite book

Listened to something close to 400 books and this is by far my favorite book. The narration, is second to none and the story keeps you sucked in and enthralled for more. Thank you max and soren, such a wild ride!

ok but too much sex. not enough action.

next book less sex more action. like the way you write but the hero runs around with his dick in his hand Morw then a sword. porn novel the reader is good but if you are going to do this kind of book you should have a woman do the female parts. he does not have the female voice down.

I think this book would benefit from a combination of a female and male narrator working together, as opposed to a male narrator trying to mimic multiple female voices...
The narrator is good, but there are so many female characters that they begin to sound alike, and it becomes harder to distinguish between all of the female characters.
I found that I lost interest in certain parts of this book. Not just slow, but not well written.
Overall, it's not a bad book, but it could be better!

Might be a great book for others but...for me it is just flat out erotica, starts that way in less than 30 minutes into the book and just keeps going, couldn't get past the first hour, will defenitely be returning

fight monster, fuck hot girls, wash. rinse. repeat

i like this bool. though the book breaks away from this pattern further into the book you read. but not by much. dont get me wrong, it has its charms and the writer is strangely eloquent during these scenes, but dont expect to much and you'll be fine.

FANTASTICALLY until the end

I won't do any spoilers but I've got to say this author needs to finish what the fuck you started and then produce at least 12 more books it's got a good way with words wrote a story that definitely intrigued the hell out of you the narrator was also magnificent and the sex scenes are captivating in a thrilling and intriguing way throughout the whole book.
