Light hearted
I felt this was a very good, lighthearted story about a girl finding love in the midst of a tragedy. It is greeat for teenagers and young adults trying to get into reading.

The FMC is extremely childish and annoying
I almost didn’t finish this book because the FMC whines, screams, and throws tantrums like a 13 years old girl. She is 18… or supposed to be. I understand that it’s hard when loosing ppl you love but holy crap on a stick! I wanna hit her with said stick!!! The only reason I stayed listening was for the ending (cause I hate leaving things unresolved) and for Bass. He doesn’t sound super drool worthy but sweet dark n mysterious is always good.
The narrator was not my favorite and I really don’t like the voice she chose for Bass.

Enjoyable

Could have been good but it's not
I struggled to finish this book. Kat does nothing but yell and blame other people and wine. I was done with her by like the second hour. Bas was the only saving grace for her. All of the characters in this book are flat truly 2D and its horrible. This book could have been good but now it's blah.

Excellent Narrator!!
This is the first book (on Audible) that has captured & held my attention until the very end. I'm still in the middle of one, but have also tried listening to 3 others, that I was sure I'd love. I was beginning to think Audible just wasn't for me, because I was distracted so easily while listening to them. Then I started reading this, & it hooked me. I am now really hoping I can find more books narrated by Lauren Ezzo!

Not My Type of Book
The book was good but I felt there was a gap at the end. It did not really leave me wanting more just like I missed something. The concept was great however I do not think it was for me. Maybe just not my style. Hope you enjoy!
