loved it!

I loved this book. I was sorry to see the Trilogy end. I had a hard time letting go of characters I loved so. This was a great addition to the story. Still sad to see it end though. I would love to hear more about future adventures in Wonderland! Think the reader did a wonderful job with all the voices. Really kept me interested.

A little confusing and a lot frustrating

I appreciated the new points of views and deleted scenes, but it was confusing because Alyssa’s POV kept jumping back and forth between points in time.

The author also has this weird obsession with virginity? Which doesn’t really add up because Alyssa and Jeb had planned to have sex together on prom night but she’s still a virgin on her wedding day and she’s now 21. That’s a four year long engagement with no sex. Why.

She also makes a big deal about it with Morpheus when Alyssa de-ages back to 16 and wondering why she feels naive again and Morpheus is like, "You've gone back to exactly as you were when you first took the crown and I confessed my love for you,” meaning she's got her HYMEN back and that's why she feels ~innocent~ again. Kill me.

Other things that are fucked up:

•Jeb and his sister call each other sis and bro. REPEATEDLY 🤢

•For fuck’s sake Alyssa and Jeb got married wearing their prom outfits.

•"You're the most beautiful and radiant woman I've ever seen." Apparently that's the first time Jeb's called Alyssa a "woman.” She’s 21.

•Alyssa doesn't want Morpheus to be there as she fakes her death because she doesn't like him seeing her old. BITCH. He sees you every night in your dreams! He knows you're old and he still thinks you're sexy! What, did you just think Jeb was lying when y'all grew old together and he still thought you were beautiful? Get wrecked!

•Alyssa shows back up in Wonderland and before she even lets Morpheus touch her she says, "First, make me young again." NOT, "My crown," which is what makes her young but would sound at least a little respectable, but straight up just LITTLE GIRL VANITY. GROW THE FUCK UP.

•When she de-ages she's like, “Am I normal again? Am I me?” Bitch you were just old. Now you're 16 forever. That's not normal.

•As Alyssa is giving birth to her and Morpheus’ kid, Queen Ivory comes to give encouragement. She’d given her mortal knight, Finley, longevity potions, but because all humans die he did literally a few weeks before, and she's heavily PREGNANT. It's been 60 years but NOW'S the time for a baby that he never even gets to meet. I'm ready to murder.

The Perfect Ending!

This book really was the perfect ending to the splintered series! It did a great job of answering all my unanswered questions from the previous books. Also, I loved seeing big events happen through the other characters' points of view.

Fulfilled

After listening to this I feel complete in the books. I even cried in this one which is unlike me. If you loved the series this will top it off for you.

Untamed by A.G Howard book audio review

Would you listen to Untamed again? Why?

Yes i would listen to the book again, i have to say i did enjoy it.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked how the reader was able to separate each characters voice throughout the story.

What does Rebecca Gibel bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The voicing of different characters, giving me ideas of what they might have sounded like in real life.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I can't really say, without spoiling any parts of the book.

Any additional comments?

Overall the audio book was great, but the only downside was Morpheus's voice. It was NOTHING like i expected, and actually kinda sounded like Mel B. But i have to give the reader some credit for voicing all the characters on her own.

Beautiful

While I would have been fine without the first 2 stories on this compilation, the last story was a beautiful way to end this interesting series

Horrible

The first two books were really really good. This one’s just like a retelling of the same story over and over. I didn’t enjoy it at all.
