The best star

I can't begin to thank the author for giving us such a great final book to this amazing story. I loved that many things about this story. But I gotta say I'm glad for how Cassie ended. It left it for so much interpretation and hope. I liked that Evan is helping out and mayfly is such a new and inspiring character (mayfly is not Cassie in this case) I liked that there were no loose ends and although some of my favorite characters had to die I wasn't as depressed as I thought I'd be. All in all a great story.

Yancy is a great writer. This is not his best.

I don't know if it was the YA theme (overblown teenage angst) or the predictable plot with teenagers saving the world, but I really, really, really struggled to finish this. For really great stories, read Yancy's other series. I'm still a huge fan of his.

what a good series and a great ending to the series gives you hope in humanity

Overall a really good series

I really like this book\series. It has great characters,action,suspense,&description. I just did not like the overall ending of the last book, I understand part of the reasons why the author did what he did, but I am still not crazy about it. Part of me hopes for another book,just to see what happens afterwards. It was a very imaginative series,and I enjoyed it!

Hard to get into

I loved the first two books but this one was especially hard to get into. It was also difficult to differentiate between the female characters throughout the story.

The story is good not great once revealed.
I think this should have been done in two books instead of three I hope they don't drag this out if they make sequels in the movies

Unique Take

Enjoyed the unique take on Alien Invasion Genre. It provided an unusual and fresh point of view for a genre i have enjoyed for more than half my life.

Amazing conclusion to the series

The ending is heartbreaking and yet, fitting. Thank you so much for this beautiful adventure ❤️

A Future World?

This whole series of books was outstanding. At first I didn't think I would like it but it turned out to be quite good! If you like SF you'll like this one!
