Character and history

The story encourages the building of character and is an excellent historical introduction to life in feudal England. It is complex enough for parents to listen along with children, Yet fast paced enough to hold the attention of young children.

Such a great story

This was a great story!!! I cannot stop listening to it. This is at least my tenth time. Audible picked a great reading for this story and I love the added music. Audible truly did a great job telling this story. I love listening to it because I was always engaged with the person speaking as much as the story. This is a very thought provoking story and they definitely chose a fantastic story teller. Thank you audible for choosing this reader and continuing to make me smile. I always will recommend this app.

A door in the wall.

The door in the wall is a book that I did not like, but now I like it pretty good. The only this is in the audible version it has the bells or some other thing throughout the book which I’m not a big fan of, but overall it’s a pretty good book.

Kinda rough

Narrator was hard to understand at times. This book was assigned to my kid and the story was not great.

If you have the book, get this audio!

I have this story in book form, and have read it to my children in the past. It is a wonderful story of courage and character. But this audio version adds so much to the story. The times when John Go in the Wind is playing the harp, you get to hear the tune. When the church bells ring, you get to hear them. The audiobook was truly a delight to listen too. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very Interesting

My kids and I enjoyed this book. Robin's transformation during the book and the lessons he learns are wonderful. I was happy for my kids to hear this encouraging tale.

This book is not extremely difficult too read so it's great for young people. I didn't like it at all but my niece LOVED IT she's a year old. u will have a hard time getting me to read it again that's for sure. It's really not for ages 10 and up and is vary hard to rite a report on.

Delightful!

Any additional comments?

A fresh, whimsical listen. The songs were perfect, the story was cute and original. The only lack was for a better recording quality.
