Where "hints about...Star Wars: The Force"?

I picked this book because it claimed there were "Hidden in the story are also clues and hints about the upcoming film Star Wars: The Force Awakens." The clues must have been so subtle that they went right over my head. I have to go digging to find out what people think are the clues.

I'm a little disappointed I this series. I normally do not buy such short stories or young adult novels. I should of just bought the paper back. However I am going to keep the audio books for my future kids.

Of course, Star Wars audio book production are the best. I always recommend them & use them to persuade friends to try Audible.

Really enjoyed the book

If you like clone wars or rebels give this book a shot. It plays like an episode arc from either of those series. I enjoyed this more than Aftermath

Excellent audiobook for non fans and fans!

The production of this audiobook is just sensational. These elements help to get the reader involved and to create a perfect Stat Wars environment.
The story is just a little too short and with few details about the new Star Wars canon, but it does help understand the path of Luke to his destiny, at least where we know he is going to be on The Force Awakens!!

Star Wars stories are just fun!

Cool story about Luke and insight into his growth into the force user we see in Empire Strikes Back. Helps us see how he was able to find Yoda and also gives us good insight into the slow but confident growth he experiences. Also is cool to see his determination to succeed which is sometimes lost in the movies where they sometimes portrayed him as a bit of a whiner. If you like Star Wars you'll like this story and the narrator is great as always.

A superior Heir to the jedi

This was a great Luke Skywalker story. It's about a third of the length of Heir to the jedi yet it (at least in my opinion) tells a much better story and sets up some interesting things for The Force Awakens. A must read for Star Wars fans.

A Very Luke Adventure

This is a fun and pleasant journey. It is very different from the Han Solo one that I've already finished. This is much more of a personal little story for Luke. That said, it's fulfilling. It also fleshes out much of the Luke you would have experienced in A New Hope. A must read for anyone with a little time ramping up to TFA. I listened to the audiobook narration. Jonathon Davis, who narrated the Bane trilogy, does a fantastic job with taking this story to the next level.

Great story, good acting, great presentation

Combines the mysticism of the force in Empire with the lighthearted hopeful tone of A New Hope. Great book for any fans of the Old Trilogy who want to get a sense of general direction, but not much specifics, for The Force Awakens. Great story as a general tie in to the Star Wars universe. Good little story in general. Acted well, written well, effects and music very fitting, slick production. Light enough for kids, but just deep enough for the adult casual reader. Simple, but polished. Check it out.

What "Heir to the Jedi" should have been

Any additional comments?

"Weapon of the Jedi" was is what "Heir to the Jedi" should have been. A prefect story that takes place between A New Hope or The Empire Strikes Back. Also Jonathan Davis is my favorite Star Wars narrator.

Best of the new canon so far

It was a great little story, had a cool little easter egg. Would make a great graphic novel.
