Publisher's Summary

After leaving Society and desperately searching for the Rising - and each other - Cassia and Ky have found what they were looking for, but at the cost of losing each other yet again: Cassia has been assigned to work for the Rising from within Society, while Ky has been stationed outside its borders. But nothing is as predicted, and all too soon the veil lifts and things shift once again.

In this gripping conclusion to the number-one New York Times-best-selling Matched Trilogy, Cassia will reconcile the difficulties of challenging a life too confining, seeking a freedom she never dreamed possible, and honoring a love she cannot live without.

Nice Ending

I enjoyed the series. It was a bit boring at times, but it was a decent story c=

Ok story, too much whispered poetry

after reading the other 2 books I had to finish the trilogy. but by the 3rd book all the whispered narration and repetitive poetry starts to annoy the listener.

Decent.

Not as good as the others. The climax was right at the beginning, and the ending left a bunch of loose ends.

Reached, perfect ending.

Amazing author! Great novel! Brilliant Narration! Beautifully written of course; just as the other two books were. The story wraps up so perfectly. And spot-on narration, especially having three point of views.

Not Predictable

When I started this book series I thought it would be like any other dystopian society series (I.e The Hunger Games or Divergent). I assumed it would follow the same plot points and ideas, therefore being predictable based on those other stories.

I was completely wrong! This series had many plot turns and I was completely surprised at times. This is a must read/listen and highly recommend it!

Good story hard to listen too

One of main guys voice very winey sounding. Found myself making fun of how he said the main girls name all heartbroken and emotional...every time. Good story but felt the love triangle went on a little long. Still good enough story to push through the voices. Xander's voice was the best.

Good, but...

Possible SPOILER:

It was a good book, but I did not like the ending and how it left you not knowing what the vote was. I was very disappointed by that. Other than that I liked it.

Perspective change

I really enjoyed the first 2 books in the series. When I got to this one I had high hopes. I think the perspective switched around way too frequently and made the story hard to follow. Xander's perspective seemed unnecessary to me. I had so little interest that I left this book remain unfinished for a few days whereas the first two I couldn't seem to put them down. Disappointed in the third installment.
