I did not want to stop listening

I watched the show before I even knew it was a series of books. I LOVED the show and I am getting the same pleasure listening to the books. I am thrilled I get to experience that AGIAN. I would recommend this to anyone who loves a good teen drama.

ummmm probably the part where Toby dies and the like part... :P

no. I don't really like the voice. I mean she's good at reading and all but the ends of her sentences were...idk annoying :/

I defiantly loved Emily the best, I feel like I can relate to her on so many levels!

What does Cassandra Morris bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Cassandra does an awesome job! I love how she bring feeling and heart to the book series!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I feel like I'd rather stretch out the book and make it last longer. I try to get 4-5 chapters evernight

I loved the book so much! I had to do a novel study for school. I decided to do PLL because I had seen the T.V show so many times and I love it, so I thought I should read the book. I liked it so much that I wanted to read book two, I tried to order it from the library, but our library didn't have it and neither did our local bookstore, so I decided to use Audible.

if you like the first you will like the rest

This is the same review I wrote for the first book but the story line has not changed a ton if you like the first you will like the rest. I have just finished book 5 of the Pretty Little Liars series and have already downloaded the 6th book to start soon. I am 26 so I am not a teenager, who is the audience I think these books were aimed at, but I love them anyways. These books have been like a great gossip magazine for me, you know the kinds you love to read but hide from everyone else. The people in these books never learn from their mistakes, are rich spoiled brats, and you find the parents just as bad as the kids (most of the time) but yet you can’t wait to see what will happen next. The story revolves around four girls in high school who are being tormented with secrets from their past by the mysteries “A”. I can’t explain why I like these books I just do they pull you in. Don’t expect some huge deep story line these are shallow gossip at its best, and I’m loving them.

Great story. Not the best narrator.

Love this book series as well as the tv series but the narrator is just not a good fit. She sounds very young, maybe 12-13 years old so some of the more adult conversations and scenarios are a little uncomfortable to listen to because it sounds like it’s coming from a 7th grader so it’s a little cringe. Other than that I love the series and hope one day they make a renewed version with an older narrator:)
