Publisher's summary

Vampires, slashers, and superheroes kick butt on screen, and Megan loves them. But she'd die if she ever met one in real life. She can't even tell her mom she doesn't want to wear an ugly, scalloped dress to the dance. And no one knows she has a secret crush.

On September 23rd, there's nowhere to hide when all her secrets are exposed. While on a field trip to the local theater, a magical portal opens and sucks her into the movie world - a surreal place bounding with vampires, slashers, and superheroes…OMG.

Which of her fellow Trallwyn high school seniors are trapped with her?

  • Her secret crush (commitment-phobic Chase)
  • Her B.F.F. (rule-follower Veronica)VAnd trouble in tight jeans (rebel Riley)

Junk food with a capital "J" ....

I loved the concept of this book. The writing was a little choppy but overall great quick read. I think this would make a great TV show or movie based on the concept. After reading this, I will respect the movie theater more ... I would not want to become a character in the movies that I like to watch for sure. (YIKES!)
