The first three volumes of Deadtime Stories by “Twisted Sisters” Annette Cascone and Gina Cascone - they’ll scare you silly and give you more than goose bumps.
"Grave Secrets" - Some secrets refuse to stay buried…. Amanda Peterson has a pet cemetery in her backyard. It’s where she’s buried all her family’s dear departed pets, like Ralphie the hamster, Herman the goldfish, and Snitch the canary. But when Amanda and her friends set out to bury a dead squirrel, they accidentally dig up a grave that’s already occupied - and not by a pet. The scary old lady who lives next door has lots of buried secrets. And she’ll do anything to keep them that way….
"The Witching Game" - Play at your own risk! “Bloody Mary.” It was just a silly wishing game - one that Lindsey and her friends had played a hundred times before, in front of a dozen different mirrors. The game never worked. It wasn’t supposed to. But when Lindsey and her friends play “Bloody Mary…” in front of a strange antique mirror, the game quickly turns into a nightmare! One by one their wishes start coming true, with horrifying results. Something evil is lurking behind the looking glass… and Lindsey and her friends learn much too late that wishes don’t come free - and that “Bloody Mary…” is definitely not just a game!
"Beast of Baskerville" - Everyone in Baskerville knows about Jimmy Leeds. In fact, Adam Riley and his friends have been telling scary stories about Jimmy for years - stories they don’t really believe. After all, how can anyone believe in a half-human beast with horns and hooves? But the legend of Jimmy Leeds isn’t just a story. When all the kids in the neighborhood decide to have a giant campout, Adam and his friends learn much too late that the streets of Baskerville aren’t safe - especially after dark. One by one, Adam’s friends start disappearing into the night. At first, Adam thinks it’s some kind of joke - until he follows the hoofprints into the nearby woods, and finds himself face-to-face with the Beast of Baskerville….
My daughter loves the TV show Deadtime Stories. For those who aren't familiar with it. It's similar (and in my opinion better) to TV shows like Goosbumps, Are you Afraid of the Dark?, etc. This audiobook includes 3 stories which are based Off separate episodes. Luckily it t was still fun to listen too due to all extra information the book gives us. Well worth my Credit...and well worth your credit...trust me.
