A Good Tool for Teens

I might have heard this in my high school freshman health class. Pretty much what I expected from Recorded Books and the summary. This book is a lot like reading the Wikipedia page on amphetamine, dextroamphetamine, or methamphetamine. It isn't much as far as chemistry, history, all the other tabs one would see in a Wikipedia entry for a drug that this book doesn't cover, and actually gets (most) of it right.
Perhaps most importantly, this book introduces some positive ideas, and possible solutions, i.e., problem: someone is struggling with addiction/dependence to one of these drugs. Solution: you aren't alone; there are ways to get help.
Introduces important key terms/vocabulary words without getting too detailed or graphic.
"Odor of glue or mayonnaise"? LOL!

Read to confirm fear, not truths. No science here.

No harm reduction, no science just fear and stupidity. Read only to confirm your opinions on the subject, not to get educated.
