Interesting and deep insights into management science from the army general. I enjoyed it snd I can recommend it.

I enjoyed that McChrystal himself narrates the chapter summaries. The one down side is that the non-audio versions come with diagrams to explain the concepts, which can be tedious to refer to while listening.
