Stellar Performance

The male narrator! *fans face* Well, let's just say I could listen to him all day...and night!

I enjoyed the story very much. I will definitely be reading more in this series.

after she kicked him out he realized that she was all he wanted and I couldn't have wanted anything more in my life! it's just perf, and the voice actors make it better for me

All around GREAT

Loved this story. This book kept my interest from start to finish! Loved the narration also. Im from Louisiana so a lot of southern narration are over done with way too much country slang this was very well done.

Fun slice of life

So, for a slice of life story, 11 hours was a bit too drawn out. But honestly, I liked Alex (he made some mistakes but who doesn't) and I liked River, who overall was really sweet. Not much happened- Alex was a redeemed rake after he met River on vacation, there's a surprise baby. And now they need to learn to live their new normal. Very little angst, which I really liked but the story kind of just ambled on. So, I wish it was shorter but the story itself was well written and sweet.

I listened to the audiobook and that was part of the reason I just couldn't put the book down. I love Savannah Peachwood- ssuch a sweet voice that was perfect for River. Her male voice was a little forced but still I had no trouble getting into the story. Aiden Snow, with his deep, Texas voice, was perfect. I could listen to him read anything but since this was also a fun book to boot, it was a fantastic way to spend my time!

Taming Him

This is a cute, adorable, and sweet story. Alex and River have amazing chemistry, their banter is cute, and the friendship they develop is beautiful. Although this was a long book, it was well written, and it flowed perfectly. I enjoyed this heartwarming story immensely.
Aiden Snow and Savannah Peachwood are outstanding like always. They both know exactly how to bring the characters to life.

Full of sexy southern charm!

Alex Bishop is a true cowboy full of southern charm and sex appeal. He is hard working and is passionate about his family’s ranch. He is known as the playboy of the family and has no plans on settling down anytime soon. He and his best friend plan a spring break vacation down to Florida Keys and on that vacation he meets River. Neither are looking for anything long term and embark on a night of passion. Their chemistry was explosive and off the charts. A night of passion turns into so much more and a beautiful love story unfolds. River is also hard working. She is a PICU nurse who is looking for a break and a fun time in the Keys. Some parts of the storyline I found to be predictable. A big part of the storyline I saw coming right from the beginning and that left me wanting a bit more. I adored the little of the Bishop family we learn about in the Checkmate Series. I loved the family dynamic amongst and getting to know them more. They are very close and are always looking out for one another. I cannot wait for the next Bishop brother to fall. The ending has me wanting to read Needing Him right away.

Aiden Snow really puts on the southern charm in his narration of Alex and combined with Savannah Peachwood’s sweet voice they made the perfect pairing to tell this story.

Wow

I didn’t think I was going to like it but I loved it. I cried and laughed. Those Bishop brothers are hilarious. What a great listen. Ready to binge the series!!!!

One Look is all it took

When you're a farmer and a reformed bachelor never in a million years do you ever think someone is going to tame you. Let the games begin this a true romance lots of love and laughter and tears too

My Two Pennies

Love a southern drawl and these narrators were spot on. Ride ‘em Cowboy! Alex is THE Bishop man that has won my heart. River’s story breaks my heart but she is so strong and I love the career she chose in life. When a vacation turns into so much more I am wishing to have experiences like that and that bucket list... hello! I was in tears at times both happy and sad. Getting to know the whole Bishop family is great and seeing how close knit and loving they are is beautiful. I cannot wait to hear the rest of the boys stories the Doctor is in next and I’m curious to see what happens. This is my unbiased and voluntary review

Taming him

This is an excellent intro to the Bishops. Can’t wait to read another part. This is one of the best-series that I’ve heard.
