i believe i wasted my credit.. so im not happy about that... i learned nothing new...

Waisted a credit

This is not a book. This is only the length of an article. I'm frustrated that I used a credit to make this purchase. If you're looking for the shortest read of your life, then pay the $2 instead of using a credit.

Breif

This book was concise and a bit too simplified. I would have preferred more references to established studies and details on nutritional components that may enhance the topic at hand.

Waste of time

Don’t waste you time. This does not educate anyone only scares people away from getting pregnant and not getting pregnant at the same time.
