Rarely do I give 5 stars but……

This book is perfect for those who are in a comfortable situation, i.e. retirement, inheritance, housewife, or generational wealth! Anything that puts you in a situation to where you do not worry about the day day2day financial worries! But that is not what our life is all about as much as it is, to be quite honest, finding our purpose! Frankly, this book does not tell anything different then we don’t already know, but in my mere opinion, I think the reason why it has not gotten as many high reviews as it deserves is the fact of what I already stated. Additionally, when you are searching for the answers to get out of procrastination a lot of the times, the answers are as evasive as they are repetitive but what this author has done is taken all of those viewpoints and comprised them into one book! But again it’s only gonna be for certain type of person in a certain situation like any book - to be fair! I found this book to fit me perfectly! So, with that being said, that’s why I stated this statement with the above suggestion so not to waste your time! But you may not be in the above situation and still find the book helpful, which is my hope for you, because this procrastination is lack of discipline but that does not mean that it’s a lack of focus!

Useful and Actionable Guide

While the title is a bit hyperbolic, this is a good guide to the myriad reasons people procrastinate and different strategies and techniques for overcoming that barrier to success. For those who are well-read in self-development literature, there is little or no new information, but this book does concisely cover a lot of material and, unlike many books that discuss the WHY of procrastination, this one not only delves into several different causes but actionable steps that can be taken to try and overcome each procrastination source. A good book for anyone who has tried and failed to take action and needs to know what steps to try for their particular brand of struggle.
