We live in the era where Christian some of us has forgotten that we are not of this world. our mission here is to do the will of God, and to manifest his glory here, and that can never happen unless we understand the position of the human spirit in us. The human spirit is the breathe of God in man, his assignment in man is to help him relate more with God, his angels and the spiritual world, but all this will not happen unless we know how to train our spirit, and through the help of this book, we will understand what to do, and how to train our human spirit.
