This is not what I was looking for.
I listened to this with my grandson. I thought it might help him. The story was semi fair. However, when the person started signing it scared my grandson and woke him up. The signing was very annoying. The ups and downs of the voice were irritating. Not worth the money. Do not buy this book. The sample is deciving. If I could get a refund I would.

My 4 year old LOVES it!
What did you love best about Sweet Dreams for Kids! Guided Imagery for Peaceful Sleep?
My son loves it. The story is very sweet and incorporates many cues that you'd find in an adult hypnosis script works (relaxing and going deeper etc...) but modified for little kids. There is also a beautiful song which is so comforting and loving. My son sings it all of the time now. We love this album!
