Publisher's Summary

If you’re one of those people who just can’t turn away from a good ghost story or love hearing about paranormal experiences, you’ll love this audiobook about Sussex County hauntings. It’s no surprise that the author is invested in all things terrifying, mysterious, and ghostly. So, get ready for thrills, chills, and goosebumps as you listen about haunted houses and other strange phenomena.

Sussex County Hauntings and Other Strange Phenomena: Part II is the second in a series describing firsthand accounts from residents of local counties in North Jersey. Some of the topics touched on in Part I include the mines that fed much of the economy in this area for centuries, Bigfoot sightings, unidentified flying objects, and/or extraterrestrial sightings, and other strange phenomena, of course. Eleanor Wagner investigates more of the same in Part II, delving into the history of some local landmarks like The Great Gorge Playboy Club in Vernon and Gingerbread Castle in Hamburg. We’ve barely brushed the surface of this existence plane; only time and experience will enable us to truly comprehend it. Take another journey through time and history...but leave the light on.

Amazing stories of the supernatural

I found this book to be very interesting there were stories that I have never heard before. The narrator Sheri Stewart did a great job in the retelling. The last chapters of the book were heartwarming and informative. If you are interested in the paranormal and other worldly I recommend this book to you. I received this book for free and this is my honest unbiased review.

Sussex County Hauntings P2

Another amusing and entertaining series of stories about supernatural, paranormal and ghostly occurrences in Sussex County NJ. I really enjoyed this book, the tales are told in a punchy, no messing style and usually leave it up to the reader to draw their own conclusions as to what is happening. The descriptions of the locations are great, more so in this second book rather than the first in the series impo, I was left wishing I could visit the places myself. If ever the NJ tourist board want someone to write their spooky tourist guide then look no further than Eleanor Wagner! ☺ The narration by Sheri Stewart was excellent, clear and concise.
I was kindly given this audio book by the author and have left this honest and voluntary review with thanks.
