Not a book to listen to while running

this book has some great info, but is not a great book for running. It is narrated by an AI generated voice that mispronounces certain words and repeats some phrases unnecessarily. most of the book covers the recommended workouts which is good info, but not meant to be listened to while pounding the pavement.
