The majority of all the ingredients are all low fat, delicious, and guilt-free. This book has 18 recipes for each meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All have multiple healthy foods to add in to your diet. Even if you just want a quick snack, this book has you covered.

You have choices ranging from oatmeal (overnight and even oatmeal mixes) to smoothies; from seafood to salads. For all of your vegetarian or vegan superfoodies out there, there are plenty of options for any type of diet.

Also, in the very beginning of this book, there is a list of superfoods for any person in every form that heath may take. There is something for everyone in this book, including pregnant women who need a little bit of energy, people over the age of 50, or you are a parent looking to better your child's diet.

More Yummy Recipes

This book is full of a bunch of yummy recipes, that I have come to love from Charlie Mason. I find there are many super foods I find make me feel better in my day to day life. That made this book a must get! Maybe a little more info on what makes them a super food would be nice. It would be especially nice for foods that are not as common.

Nicholas Sanders is great and talks at a swift pace. I quite enjoy this,

Tasty with plenty of health benefits.

This book contains breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes that are easy to follow. Breakfast recipes are under 400 calories. Lunch and dinner recipes are under 600 calories. All are less than an hour to prepare. Making bad decisions at dinner time for convenience is no longer an excuse. These low calorie healthy dishes are also inexpensive to make unlike buying pre- packaged diet foods that are usually just a lie in an appealing package.
The narrator kept an even flow through this book. It didn't sound like he was reading, but more like he knew the material. He did a great job!!

Get your superfoods on!

You need to increase your intake of superfoods. What is your plan? Here is your plan. Charlie Mason has done all of the legwork for you. Learn about superfoods while you drive to work. Show me a superfood cookbook from Barnes and Noble that can get its delicious knowledge into your hungry brain when your nose can’t safely or conveniently be tucked in the spine of a physical book.

Superfoods Cookbook

A nice compilation of recipes centered around superfoods. You can find easy to make recipes for each meal.

It would be highly beneficial to have an accompanying pdf to refer to. It is somewhat difficult to pinpoint where specific recipes are within the book.

Again, a cookbook that list up ingrediens

I do not understand why this books come out on audible. Who wants to listen to a long list of ingredients and recipes, without any pictures or informative guidelines on how to become a better chef.

Needs companion PDF

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This isn't terribly exciting material and I think it would be much better suited for reading, rather than listening. The narration is done as well as the material allows. If you want to use the audio book, you'll probably have to write down the recipies in order to make them. Otherwise you'll be starting and stopping a lot as you go through it. If it came with a PDF, this would be much easier to execute them.

Super cookbook!

Low calorie and high nutrition recipes for the adventurous

I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to get more out of their food. I loved the list at the beginning of the book which tell which super foods are best for pregnant women, people over 50, and kids. It was very helpful. The recipes are divided into breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I think the meals sound very interesting, but many have a large number of ingredients and steps. I loved listening to all my options, but I would want either the e-book or paperback to be able to reference while cooking.

Superfoods Cookbook has a lot of sound nutritional food recipes that are meant to balance nutrition, glucose, and cholesterol levels. Many realistic and definitely doable recipes to tryThe narrator did a nice job with articulating, volume, and speed of reading.
