Just like being there

My family visits Northern Michigan every summer and we’ve driven through the UP a few times. Listening to Summers at the Lake brings back all the memories and nostalgia. A wonderful read yo help scratch the itch for heading up North.

Personally I would have loved to also hear about more about the authors family. For example, he mentions his wife’s last year at the cabin, but never mentions why or what happened—unless I missed it somewhere!
