Conceptual relativity in its most universal format

One important lesson I derived from the book is one hasn’t succeeded in something because one hasn’t failed at it enough times. This encouraged me to push myself back again on track to complete my Ph.D. thesis.

Intriguing!

Intriguing! There’s more to saying no and embracing criticisms from others. And I just found out about them from this sound audiobook. The author has raised some interesting questions in between discussions that allowed me to reflect on.

Absurdly repetitive

One concept which is repeated to no end, with loads of identical or very similar examples. And this was the summary!

Excellent resource

you know how much it can help you just relax and help you to not let the stupid things get to you; you need this summary to go along with the book. Manson strongly believes that the endless pursuit of a flawless life, fueled by today’s picture-perfect social media standards, is responsible for many of the psychological illnesses that have become rampant.

informative and convincing

this book changed my life. Seriously. Learn to love what it's important to you, dismiss everything else and just roll with the punches. and stop trying to control things. just leads to suffering.

Effective!!!

Through this, I managed to prioritize my thoughts effectively as this helps hones my personal values. When we have negative values, we tend to think about things that don’t matter, making our life more miserable than it already is.
