CompanionReads Cliff Notes Better Than Others

CompanionReads are simply Cliff Notes. They do seem to be better than others, don't be fooled by some other generics. Leslie Dancey is good as a reader and nice & talented in her delivery.

I'm new to summaries of books and I'm a fan

This is my first time listening to a summary of a book and I've already listened to it 3 times now. I'm sure it won't be the last. The title definitely catches your attention and the author does a great job of keeping it with the topics covered in this summary. I will definitely read the full book but these summaries are great resources to help readers take more away from what they read by focusing on key topics.

Not my cup of tea.

Mostly common sense and stuff I knew even before I truly even started my deep dive into self awareness and transformation. BUT, it is the perfect thing for some people, at a particular place in their journey. So, if it really calls to you, pick it up, but if you’re doing it because of the catchy title, keep looking.

It’s a summary not the actual book

Shame on me for not reading the title closer but shame on them for deceiving us with this piece of crap by using the same cover as the actual book.
