If you don't have time for the book ..

If you don't have time to read the book, here are the cliff notes of sorts. And like cliff notes, it is not a substitute, but should rather show you why you should read the book. The book, btw, is a fast easy 'read' and worthwhile if you want to be healthy.

Nice book

My friend gave me this book (I've since bought this book for my brother) because she saw that my diet was very similar to this diet, but thought I could learn somethings. The book sat on the table for a couple of months.

Must listen to it

My typical diet is plant-based and includes brown rice, oatmeal, and other whole grain foods -- foods I had thought to be "healthy." I noticed, however, that when I ate brown rice, the following day I experienced discomfort in my knees.

Great summary

I continue to work out in a gym about an hour every other day; life is good! We are starting one of Dr. Gundry’s new support groups here in Austin and I will be involved with that once we get some members.

Healthy Foods That Cause Disease and Weight Gain

The author's voice/style is relaxed and easy to follow. And I LOVE the fact that he's given a list of "Yes" foods and a list of "No" foods in the book. Also, when he refers to something, he typically gives the page number right there in the text so you can easily find it.

Such a good book.

I know cattle are being fattened quicker and being fed antibiotics so they are able to be fattened and fed corn continually. This is wrong and something needs to be done. Our population is continuing to rise; therefore demand!!! I was unaware of plant problem.

Terrible

This was a complete waste of money, the narrator talks like a robot! Like she's reading from notes and too fast to be able to take it all in! Very disappointed.i don't want to give any stars but had no choice, it wouldn't submit with no stars.

Very encouraging.

I liked the summary, I would buy the book. It was a bit sparse in summarizing each chapter.
